If we assume that (Wenn
wir nun einmal davon ausgehen, dass…) parents and teacher know how to conduct
good classes or how to be good parents concerning the nutriments essential for
positive motivation and experience; if we assume that parents and teachers know
how to support the kid’s self-motivation, self-regulation and well-being, WHY the
parents and teachers nevertheless don’t always achieve? (Why they fail
sometimes?) Under what circumstances they don’t achieve, what do you think?
What are the influencing factors?
Nur weil man weiss, wie es geht, heisst das noch lange nicht, dass man auch immer so handelt. Es gibt verschiedene Einflüsse, welche dazu führen, dass man vom "guten Weg" abkommt. Ich zähle hier jetzt solche auf, die mir gerade in den Sinn kommen: Stress und Zeitdruck, Notendruck und Zeugnisse, schlecht vorbereiteter Unterricht, Vereinfachung der Situation, schlechtes Gewissen, Verlust von Autorität, ...
